Refund policy
All our products are made with the utmost care and industry standard ingredients that are ecofriendly. We pride ourselves on quality. All of our products are subject to thorough inspection to ensure they meet our quality standards. Considering that our creations are hand poured in small batches, slight imperfections may occur. These are what we call 'Perfectly Imperfect' and is what makes each creation unique in its entirety. Color variations, and small air bubbles might appear on the products. This is a natural part of the creative process of our products and will not in any way affect the product performance.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return your item. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure goods are returned intact, in the same condition you received them in, in their original packaging, un-used, and with any product tags still attached.
Parcels must be returned at your own cost and for your own security we recommend you obtain proof of postage and suitable insurance cover and tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.
Once your returned goods have been received, we will process your return minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account through your original method of payment.
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of its condition.
We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
